Flags that are no longer serviceable, or suitable to be flown, may be disposed of at the flag disposal box located outside Roanoke VFW Post 5074. VFW Post 5074 is located at 705 N. Oak Street, Roanoke, TX 76262.

The Trophy Club Fire Department manages all flags on town-owned property in eight different locations.  The Town adheres to federal law and flag protocol to guide how these flags are flown at town facilities. The Town of Trophy Club also has policies outlining adherence to federal law and flag protocol, proclamations by the president, governor, or mayor, and addressing incidents related specifically to Trophy Club.

It is our goal to keep all town-owned flags flying at all times, however there are some occasions when the flags must be removed, such as inclement weather, repair or replacement.
