I’ve ordered flags to fly at half-staff across Minnesota, joining the nation in condemning the horrific acts of violence against Israeli civilians by Hamas. The people of Minnesota stand with Minnesota’s Jewish and Israeli community.

Governor Tim Walz has ordered all United States and Minnesota flags to fly at half-staff at all state buildings starting Oct. 11, until sunset on Saturday, Oct. 14, to remember, mourn, and honor the victims of the attacks on Israel by Hamas terrorists.

10. The procedure of manufacturing the depiction of the National Flag is approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

At the decision of President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Presidium of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan or the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Flag can be raised at the time of mourning draped in black. 2. The National Flag represents a square banner with the three colored stripes on it: the upper stripe is red and is as wide as the lower green one. The stripe in the middle is white and is one and a half wider than the other two. Half way from the flag post, the white stripe represents a styled crown in gold and a semi-circle of seven stars above it. The proportion of the flag's width to its length is 1:2.
