Gov. Tony Evers announced the signing of Executive Order #215 Wednesday. It directs flags to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset.

Evers signed Executive Order #233, authorizing Racine County to lower the flags of the United States and the state of Wisconsin. Delagrave is described as an exceptional leader and devoted public servant who made a significant impact on Racine County and the state during his years of service.

Klenke served on the Joint Committee on Finance and as vice-chairperson of the Energy and Utilities Committee. He won re-election in 2012 but did not seek another term in 2014.

MADISON, Wis. (WKOW) -- Governor Tony Evers ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff in honor of Racine County Executive Jonathan Delagrave, who passed away Friday at the age of 51.

"Having known and worked with Jonathan for years, I’m incredibly grateful I had the privilege of knowing him and serving with him during our time in office together,” Evers said.
