Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Often times not all items in one order will arrive together. In an effort to get you your purchase as quickly as possible each item will ship the moment it is processed.

USPS Priority Mail:domestic deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts (14580) and where it is going.

The Uzbek flag has 4 primary colors, which are blue, red, white and green. The table below has the common and popular codes of these colors in HEX, RGB and CMYK formats along with Pantone (PMS), RAL and NCS (Natural Color System). Please note that HEX and RGB codes are to be used for digital works and web pages (including HTML and CSS) while the CMYK values are for printers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, not flown or displayed.

USPS Parcel Select Ground Service:this is a great option for heavy packages because packages can weigh up to 70 pounds and delivery ranges from 2-8 days. Rates are based on distance, weight, and dimensions.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed because of Covid and 1-800 Flags does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

USPS First Class Package Service:this is an affordable way to mail packages that weigh up to 13 ounces and offer delivery in 3 business days or less.
